the " and the @ are on the opposite key. When you hit @ you get ". and vise versa

on a new ASUS Zenbook 301L on Windows 8.1 when I hit the quotation mark key I get @, and when I hit the @ key I get a quotation mark.
How please, do I fix this.

This is a USA vs UK keyboard layout issue. Below is a fix... it's for Windows 7, but it's the same for Windows 8, just get to settings, control panel.
