The Dell XPS 13 is a sweet laptop. I have bought 3 XPS laptops, two 15's and a 13, but NO MORE. Dell hasn't honored the terms of their warranties. I got the next business day/onsite coverage at a significantly higher cost but we've been waiting over a month to have the display replaced. Previously it took them weeks to replace the motherboard because the onboard SSD failed. If any of this had happened during the school year I would have had to buy another machine.
I've been using Dell's for 30 years but I'm done. They are great computers (usually) right out of the box but I just don't find them reliable. I'm in the market for new laptops for business use and another for personal travel but they won't be Dells.
