The computer has freeze in some stations

can you please shut the computer for me please, because when i try to shut it its not responding ,because i forgot to turn off the computer last night. please help me

We can't do anything to your system, since you are wayyyy over there and we're over here, stuck in this web site. What exactly is the issue? Not turning a computer off should not have any issues, most work PCs pretty much never get shut off. If you can't do a regular shut down, just hold in the power button for a few seconds, will turn it off.

Not being able to shut down might infer a problem hdd. next boot up, go to Run command and type in
chkdsk /f

You might need to use the CMD command to open the run dialog.
