50$ for a mobile a/c unit from Costco. 100$ to get a few outdoor paintings, $1,6000 for a 55inch Samsung that does 120hz. $1-50 For the alcohol of your choice, I prefer Heineken.

Savings: $4,730 on the 42 inch, and $12,220 on the 55inch unit.

Mounting a TV outdoors is nothing new. Runco didn't invent this. People have been doing this for years with other brands of flat panel TV's.

Someone would come and steal it before I even finished mounting it...

So... they took a television, and just put it in a water tight case?

Could kinda see the appeal of this if you're have a bbq for the big game but you could just bring out a regular tv and make sure you bring it back into the house before it gets rained on...

If its not 100% water-proof, theres probably vents/fans on the bottom of it. That way rain can't get in, but air can still be circulated.

Runco is a high-end brand dealing in high-end home theater and large venue projection. Definitely not something you will see at Best Buy. The cheapest projector they sell is $5000, and the most expensive is $250,000.
