The trick, then, is to not order the pre-packaged configurations, but go to Lenovo's website and order one with a few key specs bumped up. The available 2560x1600 IPS display is actually quite nice, although I am not a professional reviewer. Also this laptop is one of the few with a second SSD slot, which you can have Lenovo fill for you, or fill it yourself for a better price, and add some RAM while you are inside as there is one DDR4 slot. Shipping took some time but the end result was worth the wait.
