the mic sounds doesn't work

the mic doesn't produce voice and the headphones don't allow me to hear nothing

Right click your volume icon at the bottom right of your screen

Select playback devices
Right click into that windows and show disable/disconnected devices
Right click your headphones, enable them (they have to be plugged in) and set as default

Do the same for the recording tab
