Yeah… those app issues aren’t only app issues. They’ve re-written the entire backend to be more cloud dependent and ignored the critical bugs raised by the test team.

While I wish them the best, they have a long way to go before earning any trust back. No faith in them prioritizing a “good” user experience as they’ve demonstrated disregarding current users.
