Question The screen showing thin cloudy whites at all edges

The HP Pavilion laptop screen showing thin cloudy whites at all edges so thin in such that it wouldn't disturb the user using it
Any knowledge on some practical methods to fix it or prevent it from getting worse (such as dry it under sun or similar one that would logically help, because its's suspected as condensed water droplets)? What should the owner treat to make it functional longer in this condition
