Ehh.. Need more detail, laptop model would be nice. Are you saying that the router is broken? or the Wifi card in your laptop is broken?

It is hard to give a good answer to a vague question.

Look to your left, it's there. You need to hit it with a size 12 Italian shoe, nothing else will work.
