Solved! there was some lines over my laptop screen i turn it off and when i turn it on the screen stays black.

There was some lines over my laptop screen i turn it off and when i turn it on the screen stays black.please can u help

Your LCD or the video cable may have failed. You can try reseating the cable at the board and at the back of the screen.

If you're not comfortable with opening the laptop, take it to a local technician for diagnostics.
