thermal shutdown blackout

tell me what to do when tablet blacks outs, shuts off or thermal shut down. whats wrong with my new tablet and how to fix it

if less then a year old then should be still be under warranty so return it for warranty replacement.

thanks but I lost my reciept. Ive only had it 2 monthes. it started giving me issues the first few times I used it. So dissappointing. So is it just not worth trying to fix or get it fix.
