Bought a Lenovo Thinkpad P51 with an i7-7700HQ, Nvidia Quadro M1200, and 16GB RAM. The system has been running pretty smooth, but I've been monitoring it's CPU temps via Core Temp and at idle it sits at low 60C and jumps up to about 75C-80C occasionally.
I haven't done any real stress tests with it, but under load it gets to about 80C. Is this normal for a laptop? Should I be alarmed?
