This computer isnt working again

The computer will very slowly work into an infinite bootup. I try to get into the automatic repair, but, the screen just stays black. I can move my cursor around but that is it.

try booting with an installation boot media like
run the Microsoft media creation tool and use an USB flash drive with it, boot from the stick or DVD
