Thoughts on egpu for acer laptop?

Hey guys, I have a acer v3-572 15inch laptop, with i5-4210u processor, 8gbs of ram and a shitty integrated graphcs.

Is it worth getting egpu like the one below, with a ASUS GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 Nvidia GeForce card with a 430 watt psu, the overall cost for the setup will be under 300 bucks, I plan on getting a new desktop by the end of the year.

Hi,

Yes this is a good deal if you're planning on playing games with it. Since you don't have the desktop PC yet this is a good set up for you. The only downside of using an eGPU is you'll likely loose the wireless capability of your laptop since you'll be using the mPCI-e port for it.
