How do you TOM GUIDE feel about promoting a company that cares nothing for their product or their customers. Based on the evidence you layed out about headphones i decided to try out the Arctis 9x and bought them straight from the steel series website. I received the headphones. They didn't work. i have spent the last week and a half fighting with the customer service and i m not the only one. lots of people are having these same issues yes we are a fraction of the buyer pool. But how can you TOMS GUIDE promote a company that out right refuses to help there customers. through shady tactics and just plain ignoring the customer. And please dont take my word for it. Look into it your self. Im calling you to the mat. Try and get a pair replaced or fixed through them. You are they people giving them the best head set of the year award. im tired of these companys that just because some one claims they are the best not being held accountable.
