Tool to remove files that won't delete

Hello, I am after a free tool that can be used to delete files that won't delete via the usual ways, something like 'DelInvFile' ?

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately, UNLOCKER didn't work, but I found FILEASSASSIN which did. Cheers.

Another way to do that: run SysInternals' Process Explorer (available at Microsoft, http/technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx) and find which process keeps the file open, then either close the handle, or kill the process.
