TOPPING NX1 v. Sound Blaster E1 Amplifiers

Both are currently priced around $30. I'm just looking for something to boost sound when connecting an MP3 player to various speakers - in other words, strength and loudness is more important than crispness and clarity. I apologize if this is in the wrong section, notify me if it is and I'll get it moved. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

looking at reviews, they are both ok. Havn't tried them personally though.

Both of those are headphone amps so if you are going to use speakers something like this will be better
