Question Torrents

Hi I have searched the internet more than once for a solution to this question, as it seems i'm able to download torrents at times and other times not. They either all work or all fail. It doesn't matter how many seeds or peers available (of course if not working will show on my client 0). I'm using a Mac, and sometimes I zap the P-RAM to get a good result and sometimes that doesn't work. Sometimes I try reinstalling the but app that doesn't always work. I always use a VPN, so it's not a firewall. I just don't know what could be the issue. Why does a torrent app sometimes work and other times not? I've tried qBitorrent, uTorrent, Folx, they all either work or fail.

What is the deal?

Could be your ISP trying to discourage your torrenting. How much content are you downloading?

While the ISP can't see the actual data, they can see where the data is going. Much can be learned/assumed from this traffic.

So, once again, how much are you torrenting and what kind of content?
