Toshiba 55L42IU volume comes on after tv turns off

Has anyone else had this problem? After I turn the TV off 10-45 minutes later the volume will come back on with no picture.

Oh you must be the welcoming committee. Thanks. I never asked if this was normal. Obviously I know it isn't or I wouldn't have posted it on here. If you can't be helpful don't waste my time.

That is an odd one.
I would expect picture and sound to come on if the problem where related to CEC but no harm turning off CEC in the TV menu. Might help.
Otherwise you could try updating the firmware.
