toshiba c660-1cc audio drivers

hello guys i have a laptop toshiba satellite c660-1cc and i can't install the audio drivers.i tried to install the drivers from toshiba website but nothing.
i tried some random drivers but still nothing
please help 🙁

Never try to install random drivers, only the correct ones as available from Toshiba's website.
Now, just saying "I can't install the Toshiba drivers" isn't very helpful. What happens when you try? Error messages? If yes, please post them.

no no error message nothing its seems like the audio is ok but there is no audio on my laptop. the icon at the bottom left seems ok but nothing. i tried many times to install the drivers ffrom toshiba's website but nothing :-/

Look in Device Manager under "Sound, video & game controllers". Is you sound adapter mentioned there okay?
It should say Intel audio ot Realtek audio or some other audio.

yes all seems good everything! its realtek. i don't know what else to do

Well all the info you've posted indicates to me that the speakers themselves have stopped working, wires come adrift or they've just died. Windows doesn't show any errors anywhere under those circumstances because it's unable to tell when the speakers themseves are faulty or dead.

When speakers die, Windows continues to show everything is okay. That's what has happened to your laptop speakers.

If it's still under warranty contact Toshiba, otherwise buy a pair of headphones or plug-in speakers.

the speakers stopped after i formated the drive. can this help???

also when i plug in headphones no sound!!!! nothing.
