Solved! Toshiba c75 c7130 wont start

I prees the power button I see the splsh screen then it turns off power light blinks white 3 times

Have you tried pulling the CMOS battery, for a few minutes, and then replacing it? Then see if it will start up. This will sometimes resolve the issue.

NOTE: If the laptop is under warranty, don't open it up. Instead contact the manufacturer about a repair.
