Toshiba Computer needs upgrade

Hi, my name is Isak.

I have a laptop.
It runs very smooth but the graphics is very bad.
I wonder if i could upgrade my graphics card.
And how much it would cost.
And how i can do it.
My specs:
64 bit system
6GB RAM
AMD VISION A6
Graphics HD 2.10 GHz (needs to be upgraded)

When i play game its lagging alot. Is it the graphics card?
Do i need to buy a new one
