Toshiba doesnt recognise my brand

Hello,
am using toshiba l650-02B and i recently reinstalled windows 7 coz the previous version also win 7 was corrupt..my problem is i cant find my brand on the toshiba technical support website

If I remember rightly, the Toshiba sites are independent, country by country. Did your laptop come from somewhere other than where you live now?
