I have toshiba L365-137 and they the motherboard was changed due to some damages like the graphics IC. What is the risk on tha

Hi,

If you replace the motherboard of your laptop the only problem you'll encounter is you'll need to reinstall Windows. Other than that there will be no other risk when it's replaced specially if Toshiba's support center are the one who will do that for you.
