Toshiba laptop freezes

I clean the fan and replaced the thermo paste still laptop freezes. When running in safe mode with networking does not freezes but some applications are disable such as Office 2013.
I suspect that Skype Business is causing it but I can not uninstall it because is not in the programs page.
Any suggestions?

use Revo uninstaller and do a "forced uninstall". You browse to the Skype directory, then EXE and it will uninstall whatever you direct it towards. It's a really good free program.

What do you mean by freeze? Do you mean that you can't do anything? Does this only occur when skype is running or does it happen in any program?
