Toshiba Laptop Power On Problem

I have toshiba t135 and recently i was getting blue screen in my laptop it said a hardware has been damage the laptop is restarting for safety! and it restarted several time and the 5th time the laptop got stop working! And I power it On i only heard the fan spinning sound and the screen was blank !! What problem is my laptop facing need solution please help !!

At about 3 years old, I'm going to propose that the laptop be disassembled and cleaned - here's a good video showing what is involved https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXUcPURmbIg I'm thinking a cleaning should help quite a bit here. There are a few ribbon cables involved in the procedure, you may want to familiarize yourself with they way they work but I would call it a DIY project.
If you are not comfortable getting into the innards of your lappy, a local computer shop should be able to do it for a minimal fee.

But few of my friends said it could the gpu! and when i On it! just a blank screen and I Off it using the power button i hear a small pop sound
