Question Toshiba laptop problem

I was using my laptop with only ac adapter on, no battery then i accidentally switch off the adapter. When i plug it in back to the laptop, the led charger blinking orange and the laptop wont turn on. Help me please!

Have you tried starting it up with the mains power and battery together then battery alone and finally, mains only after the first two?
