Toshiba p75 a7200 won't turning on

I was working on my painting programs last night. And it just turned off. First i thought battery empty. But it wasn't. Now my laptop has no response. I tried to charge it but still no response (no light blinks)
Pls i need solutions

Remove the battery, and also the CMOS battery from the motherboard, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds. Plug in wall power only with the CMOS battery out, see if it turns on then. If it does, plug in the batteries and see if it will work then.
