Toshiba P850 electrified??

Hi everybody, I got a question.

I bought this laptop in Jenuary P850-321. Now i notice that the part of the laptop around the keyboard (only when the AC is connected) is kind of electified.. if i barely touch it i can feel some kind of electric volage.. craggy feeling on the hand.. and it browse through bodies because if someone touch me while i touch the laptop he feels that sensations ON ME!

I read that could be couse in the charger lack the ground...

can anyone help me? thanks!

Do you get the shock when using just the battery - no charger plugged in?

Sounds like your power jack input might be loose and/or the insulating jacket is gone. You should still be under warranty - get an rma and send it back.
