Toshiba satellite 1105 series laptop

I need the service manual for the toshiba satellite 1105 , i need to replace the hard drive, does anyone know a link for the service manual? I am having a hard time taking this apart and i am afraid to brake something. Please help

I replaced the hard drive and it was difficult to take apart the cover for access.

The keyboard needs to be lifted off by removing a snap plastic cover strip over the lights and power button. Then the keyboard holding screws can be reached. There is a screw that holds the hard drive case that is approximately below the "Alt" key that is the most difficult to reach. A small phillips screwdriver can be pushed next to some foil at that location to reach the screw once the keyboard is entirely lifted off.
I gently unsnapped the plastic around the whole front section by where the palms would rest. After wedging it up I could reach the hard drive at the left side of the computer and slide the drive out once the retaining screws in the corners were removed. There was something holding the plastic cover on near the "k","l","<" key area of the computer. This held the two halves of the computer together, and I never found out what it was, so I just wedged it by gently bending the plastic pieces apart to reach the hard drive. Make sure any connection strips that are unplugged get put back in their slots when the computer is reassembled.

The first step was to take all the long screws out from underneath. One of those is shorter than all the rest that are the same length. The shorter of these black screws goes in the center front where the hole says F12 instead of F18 that is written by all the other holes. That allows the case to be wedged open so the disk drive is visible under where the left palm would sit.

You don't need to replace this hard drive with a Toshiba brand. Any 2.5" IDE hard drive will work. I recommend an SSD since it is so hard to take in and out. The company, Transcend, is just about the only brand of IDE SSDs. Make sure the replacement hard drive is not SATA and not SATA II. It must be IDE.
