i am seeking the toshiba satellite 510 service manual. i got one and need the service manual for it. hope i can find it on this website. thanks

Try checking out Toshiba's support site, i.e. http/www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=Download

Some manufacturer's will post such manuals, others will not. But it is worth a look. If it isn't there and you really need it, I'd contact Toshiba directly to see if they would send you one.
