Ok so this satellite only charges when off, when it is turned on it does not recognize that the a/c adapter is even plugged in. The three front LED's show the plug green the power is intermittent and the battery is always unlit. Ive read alot of troubleshoots for this model and power malfunction but i have yet to successfully apply any of the fixes. Have not invested in a new battery for this is merely a project on an out dated machine. Any advice other than purchasing a new battery is appreciated.
