During previous OS usage of Win 10 Home, as this is because I performed a new installation, my ELAN trackpad had ceased to respond. Carrying over from new OS reinstall action, the issue persists.
Current things I've tried, usually I'm tech savvy and can resolve issues and only reinstall if every attempt to resolve the issue has deemed impossible. But I bet an answer that may be provided, most likely will put me to shame.
Reinstalled, installed drivers, made sure that the option to disable trackpad when USB mouse is in use is unchecked. Safely flashed BIOS, I have not physically damaged, I lightly press, including that I don't get frustrated at the thing, even though sometimes, the laptop calls for it.
