Toshiba Satellite c55d random reboots

My Toshiba Satellite C55D-B5310 randomly reboots. Problem occurred in Windows 8 and 10. Replaced power adapter. Happens on battery and when plugged in, regardless of level of charge.

hey buddy. any chance you want to do me a huge favor and help me with some basic partition info for my laptop which is the same model as yours?

i have a c55d running windows 8.1 and deleted all my partitions. i've bought some expensive software to recover the partitions, but i need to know some details to assign the right attributes to them..
