MY computer keeps saying error F3-F100-0004 and then press okay to turn of computer? Why??

You're trying to do a factory reset using the recovery partition aren't you?

There's a suspected problem with the way Toshiba built that partition and you'll need the recovery discs from Toshiba to get around it. Either that or purchase a copy of Windows and install from that.
