Toshiba Satellite won't let me change anything!

My Toshiba Satellite won't let me change anything or delete anything because I'm not the administrator. I'm the only user and clearly set as the administrator!

Hi

Try going into safe mode and setting up ANOTHER ADMINISTRATOR account....

then try that...

It wont work if you are not really an Admin as it will ask for a password...
