Am I able to replace, or install a new upgraded version of a graphics card into my laptop?
Is it Possible to have an external one?

No you can't upgrade it. If you have an free mini PCIe slot you may be able to get an external video card adapter, a video card, a power supply for the video card and a monitor. Considering that is a 6 year old laptop trying to upgrade it past maybe an SSD and RAM would be a waste of money.
