TOSHIBA TV Model 55L31OU

I have a Toshiba LCD TV model 55L310U I can get it to come on and the screen lights up but no sound or picture , when I press the menu or input buttons I get nothing HELP!!! I have changed the power board and the main board and I still can not get a menu screen. I also need a T-Con board for the same TV The board number is ST5461B05-2-XC-2.
