Question Toshiba TV Over the internet firmware update not found

My Toshiba TV 40L3443DG is connected to the internet. But the have been trying to upgrade the firmware from 3.3.6 to 3.6.3 but it kept saying that the firmware is not found.
Please how do I work around this issue.

Contact Toshiba support, there may be an option to download the firmware to a USB stick and flash it with the service port.
