Toshiba TV to soundbar connection

How do I connect a Toshiba 32DT2U1 LCd TV to a Insignia NS-SB314 Soundbar?

The sound bar has three inputs: RCA, 3.5mm, and optical.

The TV has these:

"Input/Output Connections: 2 x HDMI input (19 pin HDMI Type A) - Rear, 1 x Component video input (RCA phono x 5) - Rear, 1 x VGA input (15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15)) - Rear, 1 x Composite video/audio input (RCA phono x 3) - Rear, 1 x Digital audio output (optical) - Rear, 1 x Audio input (Mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm), 1 x Antenna - Rear, 1 x USB (4 pin USB Type A) – Side"

Should be able to run optical out from TV to optical in on sound bar.

Or RCA out from TV to 3.5mm audio in on sound bar.

Just make sure the cables are connected to the (Output) on the TV and the (Input) on the Sound bar
