Toshiba with i7-4700u and hd4600 says it has no vram

Does this mean I will not be able to play ANY games like the first black ops? Gaming will not be the main use but I will still like to be able to play c&C and not be able to start because it wont detect anything?Please advise

The IGP uses system memory for graphics. Most games should work on it but frame rates might not be too good unless you turn details way down.
