Toshiba Satellite 8.1 is flashing a message that it is having hard drive problems, is it worth fixing ? It is still working good for now.

If any important data is on that drive, back it up.
If it´s working fine for now, you can wait till the HDD dies and get a new hard drive, better a SSD and install windows with the Microsoft media creation tool to it.
