touch id stop working

the touch ID stopped working. I deleted the fingerprint but now when I try to add a new one it just comes up with failed! Even tried other fingers!

This should be able to be fixed by uninstalling the fingerprint software and reinstalling it.

What is the model of the computer? I will find the driver and software download for you.
