Touch screen doesn't Work

Hi,I have ASUS Q304U laptop,My screen touch stopped working.My windows gets updated every week (Which I don't want to).I have tried every possible things out there in internet but it didn't work.Plus i doyhave calibrate.Please help me!!

If this happened right after an update, have you tried using setting the computer to an earlier restore point prior to the update?

I did,I reset the whole computer and call the Asus Customer Setvic,He tried to help me for 2 hours but it still didn't work.Rather my computer started restarting ever couple hours

Have you tried updating the touch screens drivers? Or even uninstalling them, rebooting and then reinstalling them?
