Touch screen unresponsive on my rca tablet

Looking for alternate ways to operate my tablet if I'm unable to correct the touch screen problem ...can I do it all by voice..searches ,commands, record ,change apps push play

Some things will work by voice, but not all things. You really need to have it looked at as it may just be a loose connection or the display may need replacing.
