Question Touchpad not clicking or scrolling

Ok hey! So I'm having an issue on my Dell laptop (windows pro) where my touchpad wont click or rightclick on anything, and wont let me double-finger scroll. Other mouses work just fine

Has it always done this or did it just start? What happened before it started? It works to move the mouse just does not click? Have you checked Dell support site for drivers for the touchpad? Usually synaptics or something along that hardware.
