My laptop was stolen wonder if u can found it with the serial #9cnoas152955073

You should report it to the police.

And also to your insurance company if your policy covers theft. It's really not likely that if the police don't recover the laptop for you, it will ever be recovered. I really don't want to be the bearer of bad news...
