You can't but you might be able to use some functionality. An Android device requires a Google acount,which is also your G-mail address. You can set up other e-mail addresses to work in an Android but you won't see anything like you would on an Apple because they're two opposite and competing systems.

You can set up any e-mail account in an Android device but you can't transfer an account to one.
