trouble finding @ symbol on lenovo Z40

thanks for the answers, it was resolve when I change the language setting to US,
now on my keyboard to get the @ symbol I press
ctrl alt 2

Try shift + 3, that should do it.

I suppose it depends on what region the keyboard is set to. The @ symbol is located on different keys.

For example, if the keyboard is set to North America then the @ symbol is "SHIFT" + "2". On a UK keyboard the @ symbol is "SHIFT" + the apostrophe key (').
