Trying to get pictures off galaxy note 3 with broken screen

How can I get my pictures from my deactivated galaxy note 3 with a broken screen. The phone will turn on but I can’t see to get into the pictures to transfer them

If it will not let you access the phone without the display then you need to replace the display to be able to access them. No other way.
